J. Erin Baize serves as Program Analyst for the Farmer-to-Farmer (F2F) Program in the USAID Bureau for Food Security. She oversees F2F Program knowledge management and monitoring & evaluation, providing training, quality control and working with the F2F community of practice. She regularly contributes to project design teams and program reviews and evaluations, both for F2F and with other Feed the Future programs. Prior to joining USAID, Erin worked as an F2F implementer, serving as the M&E specialist for three regional programs, as well as designing and maintaining a data management and reporting system and participating in multi-country performance evaluations. In work with USAID, NGOs and host country governments in the former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, West Africa, South Asia and MENA, Erin has focused on monitoring and evaluation, capacity development, program development, media, water policy and the intersection of economic and environmental development.
