Lynn Hodges is CEO of Ralls County Electric Cooperative, which serves approximately 6,300 meters in five rural counties in Northeast Missouri. He began his cooperative career at Ralls in 2003 as Manager of Economic Development and launched Ralls Technologies, LLC, developing a Fixed Wireless Network and satellite services to offer high-speed internet to cooperative members.
In 2010, Ralls County Electric Cooperative was awarded a federal grant to build a fiber to the home network. The fiber services are available to every member of the cooperative, providing triple play services. Ralls also utilizes the fiber capacity to operate SCADA, AMI as well as future smart grid technologies. The cooperative’s membership portion of this project was completed in 2014. Ralls continues to build out its fiber network outside the cooperative’s electric footprint to neighboring communities and non-cooperative members.
Lynn received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hannibal LaGrange University and an MBA from William Woods University. He was elected to the National Rural Telecommunications Cooperative (NRTC) Board of Directors in 2018.
